A Crazy Sideline: I was scrolling through some old North Dakota journals
and every now and then, something will jump out at me.
I found this photo of the 1912 Agassiz, a North Dakota Agricultural College
and thought, wow, a handsome bunch of fellas dressed up ....
And then I saw the name "Gowan". So I had to do a quick look-up.
Ira Gowan, born 1893/1894, he is an older brother of Roy Gowan,
who is the father of James Gowan, Aunt Margie's husband.
I find Ira in the 1900 and 1910 Census' in Walshville, ND
with his mother, Clara Gowan, and his grandmother, Eliza Bushan.
The list of names is alphabetical, but no clue if they're sitting in alpha order ...
so which one is Ira???
